Extremely lucky to have Eric help in sourcing for a helper for me. Literally interviewed on Friday and the helper arrived on Thursday. Honest Recruiter is the best maid agency I have came across by far. I was at the verge of giving up on getting a good helper after changing 7 helpers over the past few years until I chance upon Eric's listing of maid bio-data posted. I contacted Eric at 2pm and told him my household requirements, he was very efficient in his work. He sent me a few bio data whom he has shortlisted and recommended to me according to my requirements, arranged videocall interviews and we managed to confirm a helper by 6pm the same day~ just within a few hours. Eric from Honest Recruiter Pte Ltd has solved my problem. He then did the necessary so that I was able to have the new helper at the soonest when we needed her to arrive. I must commend Eric on his after sales service which is very remarkable, because he is readily available even after he handover the helper. He's always there to assist with resoultion whenever any issues araised. A very responsible and reliable agent that I highly recommend if you need to employ helper to help out instead of adding on to burden, Eric can ensure this from my very satisfied encounter with him. So I needed a 2nd maid last year and approached Eric for help. I gave him a few criteria, can speak good English and can work with my first maid. not easy especially the last part. I don’t know what personality test he did but he found me one. University graduate and works well with my first maid. I was introduced to Eric about a year ago by a friend who used his maid service when I had trouble with my previous helper. He is very professional and straightforward in giving the right advice based on the requirement given. He found my current helper for us in a short time and the process was transparent and I was well informed every step of the way. After going through some bad agencies I appreciate the professionalism Eric represented and it helped me to restore my confidence in engaging an agency again. Lately our helper had a family issue and needed back home, that would mean she will leave us and no more income for her family back in Indonesia. I asked Eric to help find a solution as my helper has been the best maid we have had so far and my kids have grown to love her as part of the family. Eric extended his help by talking to my helper's husband to figure out what's the best way to have her keep working in Singapore and in the meantime, her family is well taken care of. At the end, a solution was found and both my helper and my family are happy with the outcome. I normally don't leave reviews for maid agencies, even the worst one we had. Responsiveness 10/10 (Eric) Responsible 10/10 I had 2 helpers from Eric. First one didn’t work out after 22 months which caused some destress. Eric helped to  ensure smooth transition for handover and to ensure my privacy is being respected by ensuring many of the photos and videos taken from my households were removed thoroughly from her mobiles and social media accounts. I was skeptical to have a helper thereafter but he tried his best to find a proper one for me. The current one arrived within 3 days upon confirmation and he brought her to his helpers dorm to ensure she is trained for 2 weeks again before handing over. I had hired my maid who was from Myanmar through Honest Recruiter. Was amazed by how fast and seamless it had been. The maid started work in my house within a week.
