One of the best maid agencies I had deal with. Hiring a helper was so easy when dealing with Eric and I did not even have to visit the agency. Everything was done online, and Eric even personally deployed the helper to my house in the late evening as I always finish work late. The agency fee was also very reasonable and transparent.
The helper had been with me for more than 6 months now, although being new, she is picking up things fast.

I had hired my maid who was from Myanmar through Honest Recruiter. Was amazed by how fast and seamless it had been. The maid started work in my house within a week.
Although there was some communication issues in the beginning as it is the first time in Singapore, but I am happy to say that Thandar picked up English pretty fast and shows keen interest to learn. She had been a great help and loved my son a lot.

Thank you, Eric, for helping my family find a suitable maid. Initially we shortlisted a few good reviews places, went to all and decided to stay with Eric because of his service. He was very willing to accommodate our wants and shortlists the helpers only if they meet our criteria. I had 2 helpers from Eric. First one didn’t work out after 22 months which caused some destress. Eric helped to  ensure smooth transition for handover and to ensure my privacy is being respected by ensuring many of the photos and videos taken from my households were removed thoroughly from her mobiles and social media accounts. I was skeptical to have a helper thereafter but he tried his best to find a proper one for me.

The current one arrived within 3 days upon confirmation and he brought her to his helpers dorm to ensure she is trained for 2 weeks again before handing over. So far after 7 months, all have been good.

He has regained the confidence level
